Encore HD Hair Magazine is a Bi-Annual Publication started in February of 2008 by Larry J. Stephens. It is founded on the philosophy of displaying the art of the Beauty industry. Our Goal is to publish the work of these professionals on a global scale. Displaying only head shots of these professionals allows the full scale of the head. Thus invoking our company motto: “The Hair, The Whole Hair, and Nothing but the Hair.”
